Baij Terms & Conditions — Please read before using

Baij.im (referred to as "baij" or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between baij and its users.

By accessing the baij platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Baij reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notice when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms apply in both Bangla and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• Baij reserves the right to restrict or suspend services for users from any country or region.
• By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your country.

To open an account on baij, you must meet the following requirements. Accounts that do not meet these requirements may be cancelled.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A National ID or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email at registration. Submitting false information is strictly prohibited.
• Password: Use a strong password and keep it confidential. Members are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• Restricted Regions: Registration is not accepted from certain countries or regions. Any applicable restrictions will be displayed at the time of registration.

Baij complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification is mandatory in certain circumstances.

KYC verification will be required in the following cases:

• Before making your first withdrawal
• If you wish to withdraw above a certain amount
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• Baij reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time

KYC verification typically requires: a copy of your National ID or passport, proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of your payment method. Withdrawals may be held if KYC is not completed.

Baij supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: Daily limits are determined by your account tier.
• Payment Method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank cards.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• No Hidden Charges: baij does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Baij is committed to paying out winnings quickly. The withdrawal rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Usually within 24 hours. Faster for VIP members.
• Verification: Large withdrawal requests will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus Balance: Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled while it is still being processed. However, once it has been sent to the payment provider, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact our support team for any withdrawal-related issues.

Baij offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, all of which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x). Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until these requirements are met.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games. The eligible games will be listed in the bonus details.
• Maximum Win: Some bonuses may have a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings.
• A bonus: Running multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baij platform. Any involvement in these will result in permanent account closure, and legal action may be taken where necessary:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Baij reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on the baij platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Gaming Break: Take a break from gaming for a set period (from 24 hours up to 6 months).
• Voluntary Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Session Reminder: You will receive a warning if you have been playing for an extended period.

• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
